Can you help me? I ordered a new toner cartridge from HP and installed it. I got the following message:
10.1000 Supply Memory Error. Tried the recommended fix (reseat and restart). No good. Called HP, sent cartridge back, got another one. Installed new cartridge, same exact problem. The original cartridge works fine, the new ones don't. Called HP, they want to sell me a new (reconditioned) printer. My printer is a CM1415fnw that is almost 3 years old, never gave me any trouble until now. HP says they don't support it any more because it's too old.
