Well Dot4 - i tried the new Doctor and downloaded the files it suggested and installed new firmware and new drivers and still have the same problem scanning that i have had since installing windows 8.1 - "if scanner is busy wait for other program to end" and "cannot find scanner" Should i call "Doctor Who" Do new printers work with 8.1? another 45 minutes wasted
