I understand you are unable to print.

I will be happy to help you.

 

Try and print a hardware self test on the printer to find out if it is a hardware or
software issue. Printing a Network Configuration Page.

 

Here is a document you can go through and you can run the Print and Scan Doctor to see if it will fix the issue automatically for you.

'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Will Not Print.
