Can you tell me what number you called for tech support? I have the VERY same issue trying to connect my printer to my laptop and have tried EVERYTHING.

The key seemed to be restarting my router and then entering the new IP address for my deskjet (the old one wasn't working) manually into the wireless connection setup process.
