I have the following situation. I have a network printer (HP Officejet 8600 Plus) on my company's private network (LAN).
At home, I access to my company's LAN using a VPN connection. All works well and I can succefully ping the printer's IP. However, I can't install the printer because the instalation wizard does not detect the printer, even when I put the IP manually. I also noticed I can't open the printer's webserver by typing the printer's IP on my browser.
What could be the problem? Thank you very much in advance.
