Thanks for trying, sabertooth. I've now spent over a week searching the internet, reading through manuals, running troubleshooters, repeating the installation process, and configuring the printer both manually and automatically. I've been buying HP for a long time but may have to reconsider for my next purchase. The once outstanding documentation and customer services has become pathetic and useless. The very thought of an installation wizard that sets up the printer wrong and then provides no hints on how to fix it makes me angry. Worst of all no one who actually collects any money from my purchase seems to give a **bleep**.
