Ok.. so I think i have tried everything here. both my computers will not connect to the printer. Everything used to be fine then today nothing works. When I reset and try to pull up a new printer connect.. it does not even give me the chose.
The only thing that shows up is Scanner and Fax but no printer. This is the same on both Mac's.
I have the lates software and I went into HP to download new drivers to see if that was issue. I have update everything on my computers. I did reset by unplugging the printer and waiting 1min.
The printer is connected via bluetooth.
what should I do next.. help. me before I throw this printer out the window
