Regarding the Photosmart C410a Solution Center error, the best method is to perform the uninstall and install to resolve. This is strange for you to have to perform those steps so often, is the printer connected to the computers through a network?
I would like you to check the printer for updates and install one update on the computer. To check the printer for updates follow these steps: Getting the Latest Firmware and Product Updates. This is the update I would like you to install: Windows 7 Critical Update to enhance reliability of network connection.
