Hi, i just got the HP officejet pro 8600 and i have a mac (not brand new) so i know i've set up and connected them all well because the printheads test worked and i was able to print the device information from the HP utilities (and these operartions were sent through the computer) however i am unable to print doctuments. the print queue shows what i have sent to print but for some reason says it has been stopped. i've tried reconnecting the usb etc (also the wireless printing in't working either). this shouldn't be happening and im frustrated nnow! help?!
