Re: Deskjet 3520, can I install a password as its in a public place?

These home printers usually do not support any password protection.  However you can set a level of security so that only certain user can access the printer.  Found under the Security Tab for the printer.

 

If anyone scan and finds the printer, they just have to install the drivers and they can print away. 

 

Since you are connected just fine,  you don't need WPS.  In fact it should be disabled in the router for security issues.
