Hello,
I have a new router from my ISP. I've updated the wireless settings on my printer (officejet 4500 G510n) and it said it successfully connected to the wireless network but the printer still shows up as "offline" on my laptop. I've rebooted everything and still no change. I am running on Windows 7. Can anyone help?
