Hello - thank you for your reply. I've tried what you've suggested and I've also tried both partial and full resets but am still having the same problem. I'm thinking there is probably a compatibility issue between the printer and the dual band BT Home Hub 4 as I can't even get a connection between my laptop and printer to print. If I revert back to my old BT Home Hub 2 I can print fine, but I still have the issue of not being to select the icons on the top row of the touch panel on the printer.
Do you have any more suggestions?
